With a CoachBirgit Media VIP Day package, I dedicate an entire day to you and your project, sprinkling it with creativity, laughter, and light-hearted moments.
A VIP Day is a dedicated, full-day experience where we work together intensively on your website, branding, or other online presence projects. The day is custom-tailored to your needs and objectives, allowing us to make significant progress and achieve tangible results in a short amount of time.
We can work on various projects during the VIP Day, such as branding consultation, website design or redesign, content strategy and optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media strategy. The focus of the day will depend on your specific needs and goals.
The investment for a full VIP Day is €1199 +19% VAT. VIP Power-Blocks are available for €349. Please note that spots are limited, and bookings typically occur 2-4 weeks in advance.
The VIP Day package includes a VIP Workbook to help you prioritize and plan, 7 hours of focused design and consultation time, 60 minutes of edits after the VIP Day for tweaks, and 30 days of email support to ensure your ongoing success with your website and branding.
To prepare for the VIP Day, you’ll need to complete the VIP Workbook, which will help you clarify your priorities, goals, and vision for the day. You’ll also need to gather and submit any necessary content, images, and branding materials at least 5 days before your scheduled VIP Day.
The VIP Day consists of a series of consultations, design sessions, and check-ins throughout the day, with a lunch break in the middle. We’ll start with an introduction and morning check-in, followed by design and branding consultation, website structure and navigation planning, content and media consultation, and implementation and execution. The day will wrap up with a final review and celebration of our accomplishments.
While it’s not necessary for you to be present for the entire day, it’s important that you’re available for questions, feedback, and approvals during the scheduled check-ins and consultations. This will help ensure a smooth and efficient process and allow us to achieve the best possible results.
Yes, the VIP Day can be conducted both in-person and remotely via Zoom. If we’re meeting via Zoom, please ensure that you have a reliable internet connection and access to screen sharing features.
